Seasonal food We take great care in using the best and freshest seasonal and local produce in our kitchen. A small choice of dishes changes every day and the more extensive menu changes every 6 weeks. Produce from the Bucklige Welt, which you will find on our menu, are e.g. goats cheese from Anni Mandl/Lichtenegg, sheep cheese from Mrs Heißenberger/Krumbach, Lamb from Kramer Luis/Kirchschlag, Apple juice from Familie Winkler/Kirchschlag; Chanterelles, boletus, blackberries, deer and wild boar from the woods of the Buckligen Welt, etc. "So gut schmeckt die Bucklige Welt"
